The Uses Of Stress Balls And Their Many Forms

A stress ball is a toy that is squeezed in the hand and manipulated by the fingers, it is a malleable toy and usually they do not exceed 7cm in diameter. Stress balls have more than one use, they are not just used to help relieve stress. Stress balls can be used for the following:
